Why I Made This
My to-do list was out of control.
I tried everything: notes apps, paper (lots of paper), whiteboards, my gmail inbox. Nothing stuck. I forgot what I assigned others to do. I forgot to follow up on virtual assistants who were left listless and without direction.
I found myself firing people not for their faults but because I couldn't delegate properly. The tools I wanted to use like Slack, or Trello are much too cumbersome for a 1 person operation and even much too complicated for a few assistants and freelancers.
So I built SheetOps to give myself (and now you) a single source of truth. I built the place to manage tasks, delegate cleanly, and connect the dots between what needs to be done, who’s doing it, and when.
It’s the tool I wish I had years ago.
